SCRYPEX does not publish a self-serve DPA download until counsel finalizes the current template. Enterprise and Business customers may request a DPA for review and execution.

Email security@scrypex.com with your company name, legal contact, and workspace details. We typically respond within five business days.

• Roles (customer as controller, SCRYPEX as processor for workspace data)
• Subprocessor notification (see our published subprocessor list)
• Security measures described in the Trust Center
• Data subject request assistance and deletion procedures

The executed DPA may include standard contractual clauses where required. This page is informational only and does not constitute a contract.
