Privacy Policy

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Domain names you submit for scanning or monitoring.
• Email addresses associated with your account and for product notifications and security alerts.
• Usage data such as log data, device/browser type, and interactions with the service, used to operate and improve the product.

We use this information to:

• Provide monitoring, scanning, and alerting services you request;
• Send operational emails, security alerts, and (where permitted) product updates;
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and performance of SCRYPEX.

We do not sell your personal information. We use third-party services and APIs as needed to perform scans, host infrastructure, send email, and process payments. Those providers process data only as instructed to deliver the service.

After you delete your account, we retain findings and related scan data for 90 days unless a longer period is required by law. Some backups may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion.

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (such as TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to reduce risk in line with the sensitivity of the data we handle.

We use essential cookies that are required for authentication and security. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (a Google service) to understand how visitors use our marketing site — for example which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and may process limited usage data, including a truncated (anonymized) IP address, on our behalf.

Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the consent setting in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
