By accessing or using SCRYPEX ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SCRYPEX provides external security monitoring and related reporting. The Service is intended to improve visibility into risks visible from outside your environment. We do not guarantee complete coverage of all threats, vulnerabilities, or misconfigurations, and findings depend on third-party data sources and scanning techniques that may change over time.

You agree to only scan, monitor, or test domains and systems that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Scanning systems without authorization may violate applicable laws. SCRYPEX reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be scanning unauthorized systems.

Paid plans are billed according to the subscription and billing cycle you select at checkout. Fees are charged in advance unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation options shown in your account or checkout flow; access may continue until the end of the current billing period where applicable.

SCRYPEX is a monitoring and visibility tool, not a guarantee that you will not experience a security incident or breach. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCRYPEX and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts when due (where applicable). You may stop using the Service at any time.
