About the SCRYPEX scanner
If you found this page from your logs, the traffic came from SCRYPEX, an external attack surface monitoring service.
What it does
SCRYPEX checks internet-facing systems for our customers: which services are exposed, which software they run, and whether known weaknesses are present. It scans systems our customers own, on their behalf.
Routine scans are non-intrusive and rate-limited. They do not try to log in, change data, or disrupt a service. Deeper testing runs only when the owner of the system has asked for it.

Some lighter checks come from our cloud workers, whose addresses can change.
Seeing traffic you did not expect?
Email security@scrypex.com with the source address, the time (with time zone), and the host or domain that was scanned. We will check whether it belongs to a customer and reply within 48 hours.
If you own the system and want it excluded, tell us the domains or addresses and we will stop.
